The Configurations page in the Qodo portal is organized into seven tabs: Finding types, Display, Workflow, Context, Remediation, Prompts, and Agentic toolbox. Each tab groups related settings so you can quickly find and manage what you need. To access it, select Configurations from the left navigation menu in the Qodo portal.

Configuration levels: organization and repository

By default, settings on this page apply to all repositories connected to Qodo. Use the All repositories selector at the top left of the Configurations page to switch between two levels:
  • Organization level (default): Settings apply to all connected repositories.
  • Repository level: Settings apply only to the selected repository and override the organization-level defaults in the portal.

Leave no icon selected to see every setting as it applies across all connected providers.
This repository-level override applies only within the portal and does not change where portal settings sit in the overall hierarchy. Portal settings have the lowest precedence overall: configuration defined in the repository wiki, repository root, or organization settings repository (pr-agent-settings) takes precedence over any portal setting. Search settings across configurations

Quickly find the setting you need across configuration tabs and navigate directly to it, without browsing through each tab.

Navigate to the Configurations page in the Qodo portal.

Select Search settings in the top-right corner of the page, or use the keyboard shortcut:
  • macOS: ⌘K
  • Windows and Linux: Ctrl+K

Scroll the list of settings, or type to filter it. Each setting shows its tab name, for example: Workflow > PR summary trigger.

Select a setting to navigate to it.
Each setting opens with its own URL. Copy it from your browser to share a link to that setting.

Save or reset your changes

Once you have unsaved changes, a bar appears at the bottom of the Configurations page:
  • Save changes: Applies your changes.
  • Discard: Discards every unsaved change and reverts to the last saved settings.
  • Review changes: Lists each changed setting with its before and after value, and an Undo button for that one setting.

  • Revert to preset: Appears next to a setting that no longer matches the selected review preset, and in the top-right corner of the page. Selecting it next to a single setting undoes that one change. Selecting it in the top-right corner undoes every customized setting, back to the preset’s values.
Undo and Revert to preset undo different things: Undo returns a setting to its last saved value, while Revert to preset returns it to the active review preset’s value, which can differ from what you last saved.

Display

Controls how findings and review comments are structured and presented in your pull requests.

Workflow

Controls when and how Qodo runs code reviews and generates PR summaries, plus the chat agent.

Context

Controls review standards, spec and design context, cross-repository context, and web search grounding.

Remediation

Lets Qodo resolve review findings for you, either on demand through chat or automatically with the Remediation Agent.

Prompts

Add free-text instructions to guide how Qodo behaves during reviews.

Controls which users in your workspace can access the Qodo Agentic Toolbox.
