Teams Section

The Teams section is located under the Teams tab at the top left of the management portal. Click the Teams tab to view and manage your team.

Invite Members

Important: a user can only be a member of a single team. This applies to all roles, including team and organization admins.

  1. Click Invite Members. Your team's page will open.

  2. Enter the email addresses of the members you want to invite.

    • To invite members from a file, drag and drop the file into the Drop file here area.

  3. Click Invite to send the invitations.

Remove Team Members

To remove a member from the team, click on the delete (trash can) icon located to the right of the member’s name.

Manage Plan

In the dropdown menu under Manage Team, select Manage Plan to manage your team’s subscription or plan details.

Close Team

In the dropdown menu under Manage Team, select Close Team to close your team.

Notice: you can't delete your account as a team admin when you have an existing team.

Add Payment Method

  1. Navigate to the "My Team" tab.

  1. Click on Manage Team. From the dropdown menu choose Manage Plan.

  1. Qodo's payment page will open, where you can add a payment method and update your billing information.

Invoice History

You can access and manage your invoices on the portal.

  1. Click the Manage Team button in the upper right corner of each team.

  2. Select Manage Plan to view your team’s subscription details.

  3. Scroll to the INVOICE HISTORY section at the bottom of the plan details to see the status of your invoices (paid or unpaid).

  4. Locate the invoice you wish to view.

  5. Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt next to the invoice to download it as a PDF file.

Cancel Subscription

  1. In your team’s subscription or plan details page, Click the Cancel Plan button.

  2. Review the information provided, including any details about the remaining subscription. Confirm your decision by clicking on Cancel Plan button.

  3. You will be asked to provide feedback on why you are cancelling. This step is optional.

  4. Ensure that your subscription status in the Billing section reflects the cancellation.

Removing Team Members is currently only available for invite-only organizations. .
