# Qodo for Open Source Projects

Qodo Code Review for Open Source projects provides free AI-powered code review for public open-source repositories on GitHub.

Qodo offers a free plan, in partnership with Google, for maintainers and contributors of public open-source projects. Eligible repositories receive AI-powered code reviews designed to improve pull request workflows, with fully managed hosting, and regular updates.

## Included features

The Open Source plan includes core code review features directly in pull requests. Advanced features, including Rules and PR History, are available on paid plans.

## Eligibility

Eligible repositories must:

* Be public GitHub repositories
* Have 100+ GitHub stars
* Be actively maintained
* Comply with Qodo usage policies

## Get started

1. Go to the [Qodo app on GitHub Marketplace](https://github.com/marketplace/qodo-merge-pro-for-open-source).
2. Install the Qodo app on the repositories where you want to use AI code review.
3. Open a pull request to receive an automated review, or use `/review` on an existing PR.
